Registration Guidelines

Provide an updated email & mobile number for conference communication.
Conference registration is mandatory for all delegates & accompanying persons.
All bank/transaction charges must be borne by the delegate. Card/online payments incur 3% extra.
Spot registration payments accepted via Cash/Card/UPI only.
Registration is non-transferable.
Delegate must wear their QR/Bar-coded badges inside the venue.
Bring your payment receipt during registration.
Organizers are not responsible for date changes or loss/theft of personal belongings.
Online registration closes on 7 Nov 2025. After that, only spot registration is available.
Carry Govt-approved Photo ID for onsite verification.
Any change in slabs will be updated on the website and will apply immediately.
Organizers hold the right to reject or modify categories if discrepancies found.
Accompanying delegate registration is mandatory.
RSSDI members above 75 years should email: info@rssdi2026bengaluru.com.

Email the secretariat for cancellation, using the same email used for registration.
50% refund for cancellations before 1 June 2026.
75% deduction for cancellations between 1 June – 31 Aug 2026.
No refunds after 1 September 2026.
Refunds processed one month after the conference.
